Top Luxury Destinations for 2010!
I thought i would provide what the tour operators expect to be the top holidays of this year in the luxury department!
New Yorkers have declared that Sri Lanka could be the next number 1 luxury holiday of 2010, but there are many people that disagree with this arguement. Don’t worry to much about the flight costs, the money you spend when you get their will be infinitesimal. This is one of the most relaxing locations in the world, probably and it is aided by the views surrounding it.
The most luxurious place in the world, the Maldives (except Dubai). All of the hotels are built on small islands that usually hover above the sea in some parts as well. If you want to do something, the best option is just to walk down to the health spa. If you do actually want to do something that involves movement, then you can always try the diving with whale sharks!
Next up and of course is the island of St Lucia. The Caribbean is the choice of the celebrities, so of course it is going to be luxurious. You don’t have to be a millionaire to come here, there are hotels suited to everyone’s monetary needs. If you want to relax in a tropical yet hot environment, by the beach all the time, then St Lucia is a great option, and the drinks are good too!
Now we head off to Sharm El Sheikh. This may be the favourite of some and the bane of others, but to those that don’t like it, I say look at the figures. Egypt receives a massive amount of tourists every year, and definitely deserves a position at the top of the list. The prices aren’t to bad either, this is probably one of the cheapest places to go, but the accommodation is still very much up to scratch. Wreck Diving, wall diving, free diving and shark diving, if you like diving, this might be a good place for you!
There are some others that are close to the top like Cuba holidays, any Caribbean holidays for that matter, and you never know you might find yourself indulging in Weddings abroad, suggest it to the Boyfriend, and see what happens!
