Although these are not very often found in Mexico they are a great Mexican dish and I would most certainly serve these up for dessert. These consist of a warm tortilla wrap with chicken or steak or seafood (whatever you want really). The best thing to go with the meat in the middle of the wrap is mixed peppers and onions with guacamole.

You cannot have a Mexican night without a Mexican dessert and for me this would be a very tasty orange flavoured fried bananas.

Last weekend the sun was shining and so unfortunately this made the house look a bit grotty and I could see layers of dust that really shouldn’t be there. Because of this I decided that in my house spring had arrived early and it was definitely time to start the cleaning.

It all began with all good intentions of me cleaning the house from top to bottom. First on my list was the kitchen, which actually took a little longer than I thought it would, so already I was fading fast. As I’m a woman though, I persevered and the next room I needed to sort out was the Utility room. This is one of those rooms in our house that we seem to dump everything and then just pull the door shut.   I hadn’t been working long when I stumbled across a load of cheap books that my mum had given to me.   This set me off and thinking about my mum and the clearing out came to an abrupt halt.

My mum was what you would call a book addict and was always at her best when she was reading.   She didn’t really mind what she read it could be anything ranging from fiction books, romance books and she even owned a few cook books.   I’m not sure why she had the cook books, because she never really seemed to be adventurous with her cooking. Perhaps she just liked looking at all the lovely colourful pictures!

It’s funny because I suddenly remembered a holiday we had all gone on together to Lanzarote. In my cases I had of course packed all I needed for a summer holiday including bikines, towels for the beach and of course sun tan lotion.   When mum unpacked her case it was absolutely full of books. Without a lie I think she had nearly a dozen with her. We were only booked for a 2 week holiday, so I thought it was a bit excessive.   Mind you she had the last laugh as she enjoyed sunbathing around the pool reading her books and she got a fantastic suntan.

The spring cleaning didn’t really go the way I had planned, but then you know what it can be like sometimes when you get distracted and when cleaning is involved, I can’t say that I really mind.

Get a tan. If you are going to a hot location like you might do on Cunard cruises, it’s not great to be turning up looking like a milk bottle. Your still on holiday and you should enjoy it as you would any other. New Yorkers have declared that Sri Lanka could be the next number 1 luxury holiday of 2010, but there are many people that disagree with this arguement. Next up and of course is the island of St Lucia. The Caribbean is the choice of the celebrities, so of course it is going to be luxurious. You don’t have to be a millionaire to come here, there are hotels suited to everyone’s monetary needs. If you want to relax in a tropical yet hot environment, by the beach all the time, then St Lucia is a great option, and the drinks are good too!

Now we head off to Sharm El Sheikh. This may be the favourite of some and the bane of others, but to those that don’t like it, I say look at the figures. Egypt receives a massive amount of tourists every year, and definitely deserves a position at the top of the list. The prices aren’t to bad either, this is probably one of the cheapest places to go, but the accommodation is still very much up to scratch. Wreck Diving, wall diving, free diving and shark diving, if you like diving, this might be a good place for you!

There are some others that are close to the top like Cuba holidays, any Caribbean holidays for that matter, and you never know you might find yourself indulging in Weddings abroad, suggest it to the Boyfriend, and see what happens!

1. This country is extremely religious, Buddhists to be precise, make sure that you don’t make any funny remarks. Try to do your best to stay away from Buddha statues, make sure you don’t damage them. These are sacred objects and you will end up in a world of pain if you disgrace them!
2. This country is a respecting country, different to Bangkok, the rest of Thailand likes to see itself as a well mannered and polite country. Women, sorry but you will have to keep clothes on at night as well, Men you may remove a shirt at night if you must in public.
3. Just remember that even though some of these rules do not apply in Bangkok, there are some other things that you will need to remember! People tend to be very fast with their fingers and hands, so watch out for pick pockets they will grab your wallet without you even knowing. Don’t let yourself down by forgetting to bring protection, be safe, you never know what you will do after a bunch of drinks!
4. DO NOT TAKE OR CARRY ANY DRUGS WITH YOU. Make sure that you heed this warning, a long jail sentence or even worse a possible death sentence, depending on how hard the drug!
5. Try not to hang around for too long! If your Visa should run out, do not hang around, it is extremely important that you leave the country immediately, if you are discovered then you could end up in a nasty little cramped cell!
6. Don’t just fall for one girl straight away and give her your everything. This is not a very nice thing to say, but the only problem is that if your bank details go missing so will your money!

Since they have been in the Nintendo Wii adverts they are loved by the whole public. I am happy for them, I think they have done well. Thomas Cook is the longest running Tour Operator in the UK, so they are a very respected and trusted Tour Operator. This business has done very well to bond so well with the Redknapp’s.

Surely we should look at this from all angles though. Now really do we expect to see celebrities in the same buildings as us more common people, no we don’t. In fact are Louise and Jamie not lying to us about where they are staying? Somehow I do not think that this holiday is going to be all that great.

Sharm El Sheikh Holidays are a favourite of the Celebrity demographic, showered in luxury hotels, however saying that Egypt holidays have been popular with the entire country. So is Thomas Cook wrong to be employing role models in their adverts, of course not, I have been on Hurghada holidays, what fun it was, no celebrities spotted though!
